Jenny Goldberg-McDonnell,

Jenny was born in Omaha, Nebraska and has lived in Colorado for ten years.

She has worked with middle students in Denver Public Schools for six years Denver Public Schools. She creates a curriculum each year working with Gifted/Talented students and teaches a class for all students called "Assets in Action."

Her work with ACY connects her to a variety of organizations including college organizations and K-12 after-school programs. Jenny co-wrote a training for after-school care providers and delivers trainings througout the year.

" I believe that building positive relationships with the kids with whom you work is imperative, not secondary. If a relationship is present, then so much more can be accomplished to benefit the child. I feel it is important to look for the strength and power of our children and not look at what they don't have. It is empowering to know that I am reaching the lives of so many children through working with adults in our community."

Jenny and her husband are expecting their first child.
